Common Questions

Quick answers to help you reach the right person.

I want to become a partner artisan

We periodically expand our network through referrals and portfolio reviews. Send your portfolio and a brief introduction to our email. Include your craft specialty, years of experience, and geographic location.

I have a tight deadline

Mention your timeline prominently in your message. While handmade work requires appropriate lead time, some artisans can accommodate expedited projects. We will be transparent about realistic possibilities.

I am an interior designer

We work frequently with design professionals. Our Full Space Consultation service accommodates collaborative projects. Trade partnerships available for ongoing relationships.

International inquiries

While our artisan network is Canadian, we have facilitated international commissions. Shipping and customs considerations apply. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
